What AudFlo is

AudFlo is an AI Visibility Audit Platform for founders. We scan public websites, score them against AI visibility signals, and generate content assets to improve how AI engines understand and recommend those products. AudFlo is operated by Matthew Lin.

Who can use AudFlo

You can use AudFlo if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You only scan URLs you own or have permission to scan.
• You comply with all applicable laws.

What is not allowed

You may not use AudFlo to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan, in a way that violates their terms or applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from AudFlo itself.
• Use AudFlo to generate content that promotes illegal activity, hate speech, fraud, or harm.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, payment, or rate limits.
• Use AudFlo in a way that disrupts other users' access to the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Pricing and billing

AudFlo offers a Free tier and a Pro tier ($19/mo, billed monthly).

• Billing is processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for documented service failures.
• Pricing may change. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase that affects your existing subscription.

Your content

You retain ownership of the URLs you submit and the generated assets we create for you. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to deliver the AudFlo service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you submit.

Generated content disclaimer

AudFlo uses large language models (OpenAI GPT models) to generate content. Generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or text that requires editing before use. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it on your website. AudFlo provides templates, not finished copy. AI engine recommendation outcomes depend on many factors beyond the assets we generate, and we do not guarantee specific rankings or citation rates.

Service availability

We strive to keep AudFlo available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third party outages (Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Google), and unforeseen issues may cause downtime. We do not offer service credits or SLAs at our current pricing tier.

Limitation of liability

AudFlo is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AudFlo and Matthew Lin are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your account is terminated, we will retain or delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will email you in advance. Continued use of AudFlo after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
