Agreement

By using AudFlo at audflo.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use AudFlo. These terms apply to all users, including visitors using the free tier without an account. Questions about these terms should be sent to contact@audflo.com.

Use of AudFlo

AudFlo provides a website audit service. You submit a publicly accessible URL and AudFlo returns a diagnostic report based on what is publicly visible at that URL. You may use AudFlo to audit sites you own, sites you have permission to audit, or publicly accessible sites for informational purposes.

You may not use AudFlo to audit sites in ways that constitute harassment of the site owner, to extract data for unauthorized competitive intelligence, or in any manner that violates applicable law.

Audit results disclaimer

AudFlo audit results represent an automated analysis of publicly available signals at the time the audit is run. Results are provided for informational purposes only. AudFlo does not guarantee that applying the recommended fixes will result in any specific improvement in search rankings, AI citation frequency, or traffic.

The relationship between the signals AudFlo measures and actual AI citation behavior is based on available research and analysis. AI engine behavior is determined by the AI engine operators and can change without notice. AudFlo cannot guarantee that any change to your site will be recognized or acted upon by any specific AI engine.

AudFlo is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of outcomes.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to audit the URLs you submit. You are responsible for reviewing fix prompts before applying them to your site. AudFlo generates prompts based on automated analysis. You should verify that any changes suggested are appropriate for your site before applying them.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify AudFlo immediately at contact@audflo.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent tier limitations.

AudFlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9 or annually at $72. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize AudFlo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the selected billing period.

All prices are in USD. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers are notified by email before any price change takes effect.

Refunds and cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until that date. No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining portion of a billing period after cancellation.

AudFlo offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first charge, email contact@audflo.com for a full refund. No explanation required.

After the 7-day window, refunds are issued at AudFlo's discretion for documented technical failures that prevented you from using the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use AudFlo to:

• --Submit URLs with the intent to cause harm to third-party site owners
• --Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the audit logic for redistribution
• --Automate audit submissions at a rate that constitutes abuse of the service
• --Resell or repackage AudFlo audit results as your own proprietary service without permission
• --Use AudFlo to audit sites you do not have permission to analyze
• --Circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions, or access controls

Intellectual property

AudFlo, its audit logic, prompt templates, and all software are the intellectual property of the AudFlo founder. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of AudFlo's software or audit system.

Your audit results belong to you. AudFlo does not claim ownership over the data generated from auditing your site.

Limitation of liability

AudFlo is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. AudFlo does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, that audit results will be accurate or complete, or that applying fix prompts will achieve any specific result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AudFlo's liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current billing period.

AudFlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost traffic, or changes in search or AI ranking.

Changes to these terms

AudFlo may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of AudFlo after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance.
